I worked last week at Ellenbrook Community Primary School in Worsley for a day with Year four. As part of Book Art Week we were depicting the street from the book 'The Krindlekrax' by Philip Ridley that has a huge crocodile living beneath it. The children worked hard using oil pastels and ink on watercolour paper to create the beautifully observed terraced houses and street before creating the characters during the rest of the week.
